What relief sounds like.

“The doctor said Bee just has an ear infection.” Oh thank god. I can sleep tonight. Oh – and also she doesn’t have flu, yes, of course.

In other news: Bee isn’t letting an annoying little thing like a fever get in the way of holding her own with her big sister. I overheard the following, for which a referee surely would have called “taunting” had the outcome been at all lopsided:

Gracie: “Well, I can count to one hundred.”
Bee: “Well, I can count to FIVE.”

I am sorry she has an ear infection. I am glad it is ONLY an ear infection. I hope you got some sleep instead of being the fever monitor.

I love your girls. I wish my children were still taunting over counting. And, I am so glad Bee does not let her sister break her spirit. Counting to five is a big deal.
